#DancingInTheDarkBook

"That's life" is a saying we have all heard at one point or another.  Life brings us seasons of joy and gladness, while also ushering in times of pain and sorrow.  When we walk through these times of darkness the question begs to be asked, "How am I ever going to make it through this?"  The answer: we dance.  In every kind of dance there is a leader and there is a follower.  When one role gets confused with the other, the dance is headed for disaster.  When these roles are put in their rightful place, the dance becomes a masterpiece others gather to watch.  Our lives are like seasons of dances that we go through, and as we put the Lord in the leadership role of our life we will dance through every season with poise and grace.  As you read through these pages you will learn about three types of dance.  We'll master these dances together, and in doing so, we will learn what it means to live a life dancing in the dark.

“Dancing in the Dark” is a book that will encourage everyone, from every generation. Sharing her life, Britney opens up how she overcame internal battles and external conflict; a potent combination that you’ll discover through the pages.  Because in every battle we face in life it either brings the best in us, or the worst in us.  Britney went through this battle and managed to come out of it with more faith, grace, and power.
— Pastor Lisa Kai, Inspire Church
Rather than stopping us in our tracks, our journey through pain can be intentional, beautiful, and even fruitful. Through this book, you will be encouraged and equipped to navigate through your pain; and you will be prepared and ready for any storm that is yet ahead.
— Pastor Sarah Duron, Shreveport Community Church
Britney’s raw and transparent style of writing draws you into the real time emotion of her story while making room for us all to insert our own story of moving from the difficulties of life’s circumstances to the destiny of God’s perfect plan for our life. You will cry, laugh, and be emboldened to lay it all before Jesus and watch Him make beauty from ashes.
